I have obtained a very long will (written in secretary script) of Elizabeth 
Lake who died in Chester in 1648. She was the widow of Edward Lake, an
Alderman of Dublin. She left  ?1190 which was a fortune in those days,
the equivalent of ?94,208 now. I don`t think that Elizabeth and Edward had
any children. There were 17 beneficiaries of her will non with the name of
Lake and non described as a son or daughter. Has anyone any knowledge of
that Edward Lake or of his widow Elizabeth ?            Ted Lake.
