I have a Franklin Robbins in my line of Richard Robbins but he was
born in Port Norris, NJ in 1850. I checked the census at
ancestry.com
& see the 1860 census lists a Franklin Robbins b. 1842 NY occupation
brickmoulder, father Philip Robbins b.1814 England, occupation
blacksmith, mother Elizabeth b. 1813 England. This family was living
in Peoria Ward 3, Peoria, Illinois in 1860. Maybe this family moved
on to Omaha, NE.
