[Title] Arthur Pittenger, 64, Was Retired Painter
 Arthur Pittenger, 74, of Washington, died yesterday at his home. He
was a retired house painter.
 Mr. Pittenger was born in Hunterdon County, son of the late Abram and
Anna J. Case Pittenger. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist
Church, Phillipsburg.
 Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Denia R. Washburn Pittenger; a
daughter, Mrs.  Ben Minier, of Washington; a brother, Frank Pittenger,
of Somerville; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Keggan, of Washington, and
Mrs. Allie Dalrymple, of Phillipsburg, and one grandson.
 Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, at 2:30 p.m., at the Devoe
Funeral Home, Washington.  [End]
