     On motion of Mr. Saxton, it is ordered that the sheriff return the

and delivered, and that the trial of this cause do come on whereupon the
sheriff returned the same with a panel annexed, which being called over,
the following persons appeared and were sworn and affirmed as jurors,
to wit

    to plaintiff ---------)       -|       gone through, The Jury
retried with a constable sworn to attend them, to consider of their
verdict, after some time they returned into court and being called,
appeared, the plaintiffs being called also appeared, and the Jury say
they have agreed in their verdict, and by their foreman further say,
that they find for the plaintiffs the sum of two hundred and sixty
dollars and three cents debt with six cents costs and so they say all.
Whereupon on motion of W Saxton the court order judgment to be entered
in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants for the said sum of
debt with costs to be taxed ? [looks like TC ... someone's initials - ML]
