PURSUANT to public notice, the inhabitants of the Several townships convened at the several times and places, according to notice given by Major John Little, when the following gentlemen were elected to supply the vacancies in the several companies of the first and second Battalions of the Hunterdon Brigade. Kingwood. First Division-John S. Bush, Captain; Wm. Rockafellar, Lieutenant; Wm. Mettler, Ensign; Peter Rake, Orderly Sergeant. Second Division-Ezra Dalrymple, Captain; Ludgewick Little, Lieutenant; John Robbins, Ensign; Elias Hulsizer, Orderly Sergeant. Bethlehem. Peter Sinclair, Captain; Elisha Cooley, Lieutenant; Jonas Johnston, Ensign; Joseph M. Pickle, Orderly Sergeant. Alexandria. H. W. Lane, Captain; Samuel Warne, Lieutenant; Jonathan Petty, Ensign; John H. Prevost, Orderly Sergeant. N. B. All persons whose names are not enrolled in the respective companies to which they belong, and who are liable to do military duty, are requested to forward their names immediately, to the Orderly Sergeant of their respective company, or expect to be modestly dealt with according to law-without fear, favor, or partiality.
