Thanks for inviting me into the group. I'm the great-great grandson of Anna M. Robbins (1860-1944) of Hamilton Twp., Mercer County. Just recently, I discovered (I should say, it was pointed out to me) that I had been researching the wrong Anna M. Robbins. I didn't realize that there were in fact two Anna M. Robbins, of about the same age, living in Hamilton Twp., with mothers named Elizabeth. I had been researching the one who was the daughter of James C. Robbins. But it turns out that my ancestor was the daughter of Richard A. Robbins. So, I'm starting over. (Not that I had gotten far on the other line!) Census records seen to show that Richard A. Robbins was the son of William T. and Maria Robbins. An internet posting suggests that William might be the son of an Ephraim Robbins. That's as much as I know, really. For the record, my line of descent from Anna is: Anna M. Robbins (1860-1944) m. Charles Henry Reed (1856-1920), son of Daniel C. Reed and Emeline Van Brunt. Their daughter Mary Emma Reed (1886-1975) married Edwin Tindall Hellings (1883-1963), son of Augustus Myers Hellings and Olivia Norris Tindall. Their son Augustus Myers Hellings (1914-1981) married Mildred Anne Little (b. 1922), daughter of Gilbert Francis Little and Rose Armstrong. Augustus and Mildred are my grandparents. Thanks again, Chris Hellings
