Alton & Mary had 3 children: Alton William Lake born December 17, 1929 Eleanor Lake Theodore Lake no birth dates on the last 2 of them. Young Alton married Rosaline(not sure if I spelled it right) they called her Duchess they had 2 children: Cindy Brian no birth dates for them Mary Novobilsky was born abt. 1910 in Europe she immigrated 1913 Regards Patricia Novobilsky Patton From: "Patty" Date: Thu, 17 Jun 2004 20:23:31 -0400 I was looking thru some emails from my cousin Bill that lived on the farm in Hopewell, in the email he tells me that my granduncle Stephan gave each of the daughters about a acre of land with frontage on Hopewell-Wertsville Rd. He said Mary & Alton build a house. Alton had a garage & used car dealership next to the house,which eventually was just a gas station. After Alton & Mary both died Ted Lake (their son) took over as executor and cleaned it all up-tank removal,soil rehab,etc and sold it. Don't know where you live but the land in Hopewell where they lived was very close to the Lindberg farm, I remember one of my aunts telling me she was at the farm in Hopewell when the Charles Lindberg baby was kidnapped.Back then it was lots of woods.
