Jacob Miller                                This Indenture made this Sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine Between Charles W. Street Executor of Letitia Lake deceased of the City of Trenton County of Mercer and State of New Jersey and Jacob Miller of the same City County and state Witnesseth that whereas the said Charles W Street by virtue of an order from the Orphans Court of the County of Mercer aforesaid made on the nineteenth day of September AD 1879 having first advertised the same according to law did sell the land herein after described by public vendue to the said Jacob Miller the highest bidder for the sum of seven hundred dollars and did report the said sale to the Orphans Court who by their order made on the fifth day of December AD 1879 did confirm the sale and order and direct the said Charles W Street Executor as aforesaid to execute a good and sufficient conveyance in the law to the said Jacob Miller the purchaser for the real estate as sold Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles W Street Executor as aforesaid in consideration in the said sum of Seven hundred dollars to him paid by the said Jacob Miller the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Jacob Miller his heirs and assigns All that certain house and lot of land situate in the City of Trenton aforesaid and bounded and described as follows to wit Beginning on the south side of New street at the corner of a lot now or late of Phillip Kemble and runs thence easterly along said New street nineteen feet thence at right angles with New Street southerly ninety two feet to an eight feet alley thence westerly along said alley nineteen feet and then northerly ninety two feet to New street and the place of beginning Being the same premises conveyed to the said Letitia Lake deceased by Frederick Reppart and wife by deed dated March first AD 1855 and recorded in Mercer County Clerks office Bood of Deeds 31 page 153, 154 & 155 with the hereditaments and appurtenances To Have and to hold unto the said Jacob Miller his heirs and assigns to the only proper use of the said Jacob Miller his heirs and assigns according to the form of the estate is such case made and provided. In witness whereof the said Charles W Street Executor as aforesaid has hereto set his hand and seal the day and year first aforesaid

Be it known that on the sixth day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and seventy nine before the subscriber Master in Chancery of the State of New Jersey personally appeared Charles W Street Executor of Letitia Lake deceased who I am satisfied the grantor mentioned in the foregoing Deed of Conveyance and the contents thereof being by me first made known unto him he did thereupon acknowledge that he signed sealed and delivered the same as his voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed                    L L Howell M C C
