C., during world war, becoming manager Insular and Foreign Division of American Red Cross. Is director Hawaiian Trust Co., Ltd., and other business corporations; has held many offices in philanthropic and semi-public organizations and clubs. Member and ex-president University Club; president Yale Alumni Association of Hawaii; trustee Oahu College; director Punahou Music School; trustee Honolulu Dental Infirmary; director Y. M. C.
