SURROGATES OFFICE
Judge Berry in the Orphans Court has approved the following accounts of
administrations: Oran A. WOOD, administrator of William BROWN, of Forked
River; David A. VEEDER, administrator of Eleanor M. GOBEL, of Toms River;
Jennie M. WIKOFF, substitute administrator of James M. BEAN, of New Egypt.

The court made an order discharging the sureties of the administrator in
the estate of the late John J. MICKLE of Point Pleasant.  Application was
made July 29th by Elwood H. PEARCE for letters of administration on the
estate of his father, William B. PEARCE, late of Point Pleasant.

Letters of administration were granted to John W. LETTS of Waretown,
in the estate of Deborah A. ROBBINS, late of Waretown.  The will of John
TRACY late of Lakewood, was admitted to probate. The entire estate was
left to the widow, Madge J. TRACY, and she was also named as executrix
by the will.

Exemplified copies of the will of William H. CHILDS of Brooklyn, and
the will of W.A. D. PIERCE of Philadelphia were filed by the Surrogate.
