in charge of Prof. Wm. F. Phelps, of the State Normal School.  Lecturers were
Rev. J. Sandford Smith, Prof. B. Harrison, Prof. Charles S. Halsey, Hon. Lyman
A. Chandler, and Prof. Phelps.  Committee in charge of institute was A. Leake,
H. D. Chapin and Samuel Morrow, Jr."
