John Robbin, [sic] well known in this community, died at his home at Scranton, Pa., last Friday after suffering the past many years with the dreaded disease of cancer on his cheek. He was 68 years of age and when he lived at this place he followed his trade as a carpenter. The funeral services took place at Buttsville M. E. Church on Monday afternoon. Interment in the cemetery adjoining. unquote
