I've been selling some photo albums I bought at an estate sale from the
Prout family who originated around the Ashland, NY area. In the ancestral
line there is a Ruth Ellen Gladding, born in Mount Morris, NY, 1833, who
married John C. Prout in 1860. One of the items I have from the estate is
the original 1860 marriage certificate.

Apparently Ruth Ellen was the daughter of Hiram H. and Lydia Jane LAKE
Gladding of Mount Morris, NY. See Find A Grave Memorial #79128441.
