Accident Claims Second Victim
Boonville (UPI) - A second construction worker has died as a result of a
highway accident on Route 12 north of here Wednesday.  George Kishpaugh,
65, Oxford, died in a hospital in Utica after he was struck by a car
driven by a teenager. Paul Clark Jr., 27, Conesville, Schoharie County,
was killed in the accident.  Police said four other persons were injured
when the teenagers' car went out of control on the highway and ploughed
into construction workers.
