Marriages: Lake, Aaron T. married Frances Chase in Canandaigua. Reported in the Ontario County Republican Times on 4/8/1863. Lake, Charles married Eliza J. Beals in Farmington on July 17, 1858. Reported in the Ontario Republican Times on July 22, 1858. Lake, Samuel married Helen Phelps in Batavia. Reported in the Ontario Republic Times on 1/15/1882. Lake, -------(name illegible in original paper) married Sally Stone in Bloomfield. Reported in the Ontario Republican Times on 3/19/1816. Deaths: Mrs. Dennison Lake (Harriet A.) age 38 in Gorham. Reported in the Ontario County Messenger 7/15/1858. Myron Lake eldest son of Edward Lake died ca age 15 in Gorham, NY. Reported in :Ontario County Repository . dated 1/5/1825 Mrs. Edward D. Lake (Mary F.) died at age 97 in Gorham, NY. Reported in the Ontario County Times on 5/24/1876. Harriet Lake daughter of Edward died at the age of 64 in Gorham. Reported in the Ontario County Times dated 5/24/1876. Joanna A. Lake (daughter of Dennison) died at age of 20 in Gorham. Reported in Ontario County Times~no date~ Edward D. Lake died at the age of 89 in Gorham. Reported in the Ontario County Times dated 4/6/1864. Myron Lake, age 43, died Bristol. Newspaper dated 8/29/1877~ Bristol Newspaper. (I am not sure there was a Bristol newspaper~ this info I found at the Ontario Co Historical Society in Canandaigua) Conrad Lake from the town of Junius has a daughter that dies. Listed in the Geneva Gazette on Sept 29, 1824. History of Ontario County by Professor W. H. McIntosh, Everets, Ensign, Everts, Philadelphia 1876. David Lake enlisted in the fourth regiment in Canandaigua on February 26, 1864. G. H. Lake was on lot # 18 in the town of Gorham in 1876. Henry Lake was one of the first pioneers of East Bloomfield. Julia Lake of Essex County, NY married J. E. Chase in 1839. They moved to Hopewell and then to Canandaigua in 1843. William Lake enlisted in the town of Geneva in 1865 for service in the civil war.
