They accepted my William Robbins (Rutherford Co. NC) with a listing from a book -

Served as Private in the army in Continental Line from Jan 7, 1782 to Aug 1783. As referenced by: History of Old Tryon and Rutherford Counties NC... 1730 - 1936, p. 99. Revolutionary army accounts, (Vol. XI, p. 77 Folio 2.) N.C. #93. Agreement to Act. of Assembly passed in Dec. 1785 the State of NC is indebted to William Robbins, Continental line of this state.

But that's something you will have to locate and submit for approval.
