Fairfield - John Charles Lake, 67, of Fairfield passed away on July 16, 2018
at Hospice of Cincinnati. John was an amazing husband, father, grandfather,
brother, friend and mentor. He inspired many with his positive attitude
and strong work ethic.

Funeral services were held in Carrollton, IL.

John is survived by his wife Katherine (Kay) Lake, daughter Shannon Lake
(Michael) Elliott, son Brian (Sharon) Lake, two granddaughters and brothers
and sisters in IL.
