I Jacob Vanduyne & of Union township Butler County & the state of Ohio in consideration of the uncertianty of this mortal life & being of sound mind & memory blessed be almighity God for the samed do make & publish this my last will & testament in manner & form asforsaid that is to say 1st. , I command that my body be kept three days after death & that a vault be biult with brick laid with lime & sand to the height of 15 inches above ground to this vault be procured by a stone with the proper inscription engraved thereon by a workman the intent & meaning of this is thatno earth shall be earth slll be thrown on my remains. My funeral expences to come out of my estate before any legacies are paid. I further give & devise the remaining part of my property to HARRISON LAKE & father I command that the said Harrison LAKE will not see his mother in want of the necessitiesof life while possess any of my property. I revoke all other wills made by me made. In witness thereof I haave set my hand seal this 3rd day of March One thousand eight hundred & thirty five.
