NEWARK: A memorial service celebrating the lives of Ruth Mary Lake and James
Wilson Lake, both of Newark, formerly of Toboso, will be at 2:00pm Saturday,
July 23, 2016 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 West
Main Street. Chaplain Cory Campbell will officiate. Following the service,
Mr. and Mrs. Lake will be laid to rest together in Hanover Cemetery. Friends
may call from 1pm until service time.

Ruth Mary, 84, died June 8, 2016 and James, 86, died June 14, 2016. Married
on January 29, 1949 they were married for over 67 years, living most of
their lives in Toboso.

Surviving are three sons and daughters in-law, Richard L. and Marilee
Lake of Tipp City, Ohio, Rodney H. and Patricia Lake of Buckeye Lake,
Ohio and Douglas S. and Jennifer Lake of Newark; seven grandchildren,
Nicole (Tom) Evans, Corey (Courtney) Lake, Scotty (Elizabeth) Lake, Lauren
(Brandon Wilson) Lake, Tanner Lake, Ryan Lake and Connor Lake; five great
grandchildren, Cannon, Addison, Avery, Sidney and Bennett and two great
grandchild on the way. Mrs. Lake is also survived by a brother Kenneth
(Sue) Varner, while Mr. Lake is survived by a sister, Pauline Caughenbaugh.
