Note:  In 1773, Bedford County encompassed all of southwest Pennsylvania.
Westmoreland was formed in Feb. 1773 from Bedford County.  Washington County
was formed from Westmoreland in 1781, both areas of which would have been
included in Springhill Township in 1773.

I’ve learned this record is for the Robbins of Fayette County, PA, which was formed in 1783 from Westmoreland.
