I’m probably the only one interested but I’ll give you this information in case.  I had collected some of this quite awhile ago but just found
out about Joseph this morning.
 
I suspect Isaac is a brother of my Joshua b. 1777 and Vincent.
 
From the 1810 census for Hemlock Twp, Columbia County, PA:
Robbans,    Isaac        20010-30100
     Note:    Isaac is aged 26 -44, therefore born 1766 - 1784.
 
    From the 1820 census for Hemlock Twp, Columbia County, PA:
Robins,    Vincent        011111-11101
     Note:  1)  Isaac's family could be living with Vincent, but without his wife.
                2) Vincent is the male aged 45+
 
I believe Isaac had a son Joseph b. abt 1810.
 
From the 1840 census for Hemlock Twp, Columbia County, PA:
Robbins,    William P.        00002-00001
     Note:    1)  William is the son of Vincent
                2)  The other male, aged in the 20's, could be Joseph Robbins.

     Note:  1)  John Breese is Elizabeth's brother.
                2)  The families are living among miners.  There's a reasonable chance Elizabeth's husband     died in a mining accident.
