Robins, Johanna and John Okely - 1742, June 29/July 10 Robins, Maria and Christian Froelich - 1746, Aug. 28 Robins, Sara and Peter Peterson Bethlehem, PA, is in Northampton County, not far west of Easton, which borders New Jersey. Joanna Robins was born 1715 in Philadelphia. Sarah Robins was born 1708 in Philadelphia. At least one of the Robins had a mother named Rebecca who was a widow when she married. At lease two of the spouses were Moravian ministers. The German Moravian Church wanted to make Christians of the Indians.
