I descend from Sarah Ann LAKE, bn. ca 1841 in PA (presumably Phila.) ,
married in 1861 to George M. TATTERSALL, in Phila.
They had many children....Hiram, Reubin, and others. I descend from their
daughter, Amanda.
I believe Sarah Ann had siblings, Reubin, Hiram, Elizabeth, Rebecca and many
more. Parents may have been Joseph Lake and Rebecca.
Any help?

Sarah Ann Lake, born Philadelphia 1842 married George M.Tattersall July 1861
in Philadelphia, PA.
I believe her father was Joseph Lake, born 1817 in PA.; mother was Rebecca
(_?_). They also had 10 other children:

Charles, Hiram, Rueben, Joseph, Francis, George, Elizabeth, Mary, William,
Ella.

Any info on this LAKE family???

The PA site had a Reuben Lake in the index. it was a letter to you in 1992
from Jay B. Wright of Fayetteville, NY.
He had a genealogist find a Reuben Lake in Bucks County, PA ca.1827.
My Joseph Lake, born ca.1817 in PA, named a son Reuben, born ca.1840. Jay
Wright's Reuben could be my Joseph's father.
Do you know where I can contact Jay Wright?
