Lake, administrator of the estate of Lucina V. - Deceased - | Lake, late of the Oakland Borough, deceased, setting ----------------| forth that the said decedent died on or about the 26th day of November A. D., 1914, intestate, seized of the following described real estate. That the personal estate of said decedent is insufficient for the payment of her just debts, a schedule of which appearing attached to said petition. Therefore praying Court to order the sale of the following described real estate for the purpose aforesaid: Description of Real Estate of said decedent. All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the township of Oakland (now borough), County of Susquehanna and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning on the plot of North Susquehanna as made by Wm. Wentz and resurveyed by A. J. Seymour, at the north-west corner of lot numbered one hundred and sixty (160), commencing on the south side of the highway, or River Street, and at the northwest corner of lot numbered one hundred and sixty-one (161), lately deeded to Louis Veste; thence south thirty four degrees thirty minutes east ninety-five feet to a corner on the river bank; thence along said river in a westerly direction fifty feet to a corner; thence north thirty four degrees thirty minutes west to the south line of the highway eighty-two feet; thence north fifty-four degrees fifty minutes east fifty feet along the southern boundary of the said highway to the place of beginning; and being the tract of land conveyed to the said Lucina V.
