   Estate          |  Feb. 6, 1904, Filed petition of Edson A. Lake minor
     of            | child of Lessie Lake, late of the Boro. of Susqa.
 Edson Lake        | Depot, deceased, setting forth that he is over the
    Minor          | age of eighteen years, and has no guardian to take
Petition for Appt. | care of his person or estate.  That your petitioner
of Guardian.       | has no estate either in possession or expectancy
-------------------| except such as he may accumulate from his own
efforts:  That your petitioner can procure employment from the Erie
Railroad Company at renumerative wages, upon condition that some one
qualified in law will execute an agreement whereby the said company
shall not be liable over to any other person for the wages of said minor,
and praying the court to appoint a guardian for the purpose aforesaid.
  And now, to wit, Feb. 6, 1904, Ellen Lake is appointed guardian of the
person and estate of Edson Lake.  Bond in the sum of $100.00, to be given.
  Feb. 6, 1904, filed bond in the sum of $100.00 with Jos. L. Lannon
and Thomas J. Reilly as sureties.
  Same day bond approved.
