New Age-Examiner; Tunkhannock PA; 2005-2-9 Jack Edwin Kishbaugh, 78, a resident of Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center, and a longtime resident of Scranton, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at the center. His wife, the former Gladys Schlappe, died Aug. 30, 1988. Born in Laceyville, he was a son of the late George O. and Beatrice M. Rogers Kishbaugh. He was educated in Newton-Ransom schools. He worked for Sproul Construction running its heavy equipment, and was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Earlier in his life, he enjoyed speed skating, roller skating and flying his airplane. Surviving are two sisters, Betty Johnson, Towanda, and Norma Johnson, North Tonawanda, N.Y.; two brothers, George, Horseheads, N.Y., and Herbert, Scranton. He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters. Private funeral services were held by the Rev. Gary Jones, pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ. Interment, Dunmore Cemetery.
