Revolutionary War pension claim a. 11313 , Peter Robbins born 1752 or 1753,
Soituate, Rhode Island. Living in Howard NY at the time of his pension

Hi,  my gt. Grandmother belonged to the DAR of Waupon, Wi.  Vestalina Gee Robbins second husband Sykes.  I have been trying to  trace Peter Robbins.   I have census
reports of my gt.grandfather, Edward Robbins born Ny. and brother Pa.James living with a Mason and Abigail Grover in Wi. Also, a marriage certificate of Caroline
Robbins to a Fairbanks, listing Abigail Grover as her mother and Peter Robbins as her father and James as brother.  I hope this may tie in with your Peter Robbins.

That was perfect, I see now where Peter fits in.  You are so kind .  I have hunted for my Peter for years.  Dodge co. Wi. Records burned in the 1800 s and that is my
stumbling block.  Peter must have died and the mother remarried .  My Dad was Jacob Edward Robbins, his father John, died age 34 then Edward died age 36 and ? Peter. 
It has been nice searching with you. I was so hopeful. Thank you again.  Shirley

I have a Revolutionary War pension claim for a Peter Robbins born 1752 or
1753, Rhode Island, and at the time of the pension, 1832, lived at Howard,
NY. I hope this helps someone.

Does the pension claim for Peter Robbins name his parents? I'm interested
in looking at some of these other Robbins families that don't appear to be

The original document is almost impossible to read but there was a type
written page, as it appears someone in 1930 had inquired about this Peter
Robbins also.  Her name was Bertha Robbins of Cheasapeeke, Maryland.  There is
no mention of parents or children.  If you like I can send you this page.
