Calvin William Robbins "Russ" 85-- of Villas, died on Friday at his
home. Born in Ft Worth, TX., he formerly lived in Philadelphia, PA
until moving here 25 years ago. He served in the U.S. Army during World
War II. In Philadelphia he was employed by Diston Company. He then
worked for Elaines, the Lighthouse Restaurant, Cape May Co. Vo-Tech and
the Villas Fishing Club. He was a member of St. Barnabas-by-the-Bay
Episcopal Church. Surviving are his wife Hazel; a son, Timothy Robbins
of St. Augustine, FL., two daughters Cheryl Wendel of Waynesville, MO
and Debra Wall of Villas; eight grandchildren and seventeen great-
grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, 1:00 PM at
St. Barnabas-by-the Bay Church, 13 W. Bates Ave., Villas, NJ. Evoy
Funeral Home.
