Grace L. Case
PEN ARGYL
Grace L. Case, 90, formerly of Pen Argyl, passed away Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, at the Highlands of Wyomissing.
She was the wife of the late Sherwood W. Case, who passed away, Dec. 1, 2013.
Born in Pen Argyl on Aug. 29, 1928, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Pearl C. (Cann) Lobb.
Grace was a 1946 graduate of Pen Argyl High School and a 1950 graduate of Syracuse University, with a bachelor of arts degree in music.
For more than 40 years, Grace was a piano teacher.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Pen Argyl, the Order of Eastern Star and the Pen Argyl Women's Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Stephanie L. Mills and her husband, Dale Mills Sr., of Wyomissing; two grandchildren, Dale Mills Jr. and his wife, Lindsey, and Casey L. Trexler and her husband, Shawn, and four great-grandchildren, Fiona Grace Mills, Samuel Robert Mills, Mason Sherwood Trexler, and Benjamin Shawn Trexler.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Male.
Funeral services will be held, Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at 11 a.m., at the Ruggiero Funeral Home, LLC, www.ruggierofuneralhome.com, 126 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Pen Argyl. There will be a visitation beginning at 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Pen Argyl.
