Aileen T. Lake

Aileen T. Lake, 80, formerly of Evanston and Springfield, died Jan.  25 at
her home in Ottawa.  Mrs. Lake was born July 5, 1921, in Brazil to Edward
and Eva Helen (Clark) Turner.  She married Stuart Lake on Nov. 1, 1941, at
St. Mark's Episcopal Church, where she also was a member.  She is survived
by her husband; daughter Claudia Jean (Stanley) Brandt of Evanston;
son Jeffrey Stuart (Shelia) Lake of Algonquin; three grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by her brother, the Rev. Edward C. Turner.
Memorial services were held Jan. 29 at Gladfelter Funeral Home in Ottawa,
Ill. with the Rev. Marx A. Jones of Christ Episcopal Church officiating.
Interment was private.
