Albert 'Bert' Lake passed away at Lucerne House, Alphington, Exeter on
16 April 2004 aged 71, formerly of Bampton. Beloved brother of Triffie
and Sheila and brother-in-law Gerald, and Uncle to Colin and Andrew. A
private service took place at the Exeter and Devon Crematorium.

NOTE:  Alphington is a suburb of the city of Exeter and Lucerne House
is a nursing home.
