Alda Jean "Jeanie" Shaw

EARLY-- Alda Jean "Jeanie" Shaw, 45, of Early and formerly of Blanket, died
Saturday, Jan. 1, 2000 at her home following a sudden illness.

Graveside services are 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Blanket Cemetery with Bro. Bill
Anderson officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Heartland
Funeral Home of Early.

Mrs. Shaw was born in Corpus Christi and married Garland Dale Shaw in 1971 in
Brownwood. She was a homemaker and a member of Brownwood Evangelism Center.

Survivors include her husband, of Early; one daughter, Misty Shaw of Early;
her mother, June Gresham of Brownwood; her father, Bobby Lee Lake of
Glendale, Ariz.; five brothers, Robert Lake, H.S. Gresham, both of Brownwood,
Roger Gresham, Stanley Gresham, both of Abilene, Ronald Gresham of Sulpher
Springs; three sisters, Valinda Karnes of Early, Cindy Dunn of Sulphur
Springs, Deannie Chapman of Brownwood; several nieces and nephews.
