CRANFORD, Alice - Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick`s Mercy
Home on Saturday, July 1, 2000, Alice Cranford (nee Lake). Aged 66
years. Predeceased by her husband Charles in 1991. Leaving to mourn her
loving and devoted family, son Edward (Theresa Fennelly); grandchildren:
Stephanie and Mark; daughter Anne (Gerald Collins); grandchildren:
Rebecca, Melissa and Stacy Lynn; sisters: Marjorie (Thomas Vandeventer),
North Carolina, Mildred (Ronald Keeping), Ontario, and Olive (James
Hickman), Gambo; brothers: George (Hazel), Ontario, Chester (Judy),
Ontario; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting
at Barrett`s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9
p.m. Sunday and Monday. Funeral service 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 4, 2000
from Barrett`s Chapel. Interment to follow at the Anglican cemetery,
Kenmount Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory
may be made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Lung Association or to
St. Patrick`s Mercy Home.
