ALLSOP, ALICE W. (LAKE), 88, of North Kingstown passed away Saturday
at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Warren H. Allsop for 69
years. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Albert E. and
Louise (Hyder) Lake. Mrs. Allsop was Secretary of Warren H. Allsop
Plumbing & Heating, Inc. of Warwick from 1960 until her retirement in
1998. She was the loving mother of Edward A. Allsop and Dennis J. Allsop,
both of North Kingstown. Caring sister of Evelyn L. Sheehan of Johnston
and the late Albert E., Earl W. and Everett V. Lake. Relatives and
friends are invited to Visitation on Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 pm in THE
URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick
(Exit 12A on I-95). Her funeral and burial will be private.  In lieu of
