Andrew Stephen Lake
  Andrew Stephen Lake was born October 30, 2002 to Stephen Wayne and
Monica Dawn "Juvenal" Lake at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed away
Monday, November 4, 2002 at the Integris Baptist Medical Center in
Oklahoma City.
  Andrew was preceded in death by his great-great-grandparents, Delbert
and Agnes Lake, Chester Juvenal and Florence Earnest.
  Survivors include: His parents, Stephen and Monica Lake, one
sister, Bailee dawn Lake all of Geary, OK; grandparents, Don and
Jan Lake of Geary, and John and Diane Juvenal of Oklahoma City, OK;
great-grandparents, J.C. and Alice Mallett of OKC, Don Earnest of
Freisatt, MO., and Louise Juvenal of Guymon, OK.; great-great uncle,
Clarence Hodges of Greenfield, OK; aunts and uncles, Aaron and Jennifer
Base and Weston and Bobbi Lake all of Geary; and Aaron and Brandy
Bollingmo of OKC; two cousins, Stephanie Bollingmo of OKC and Brandy Lake
of Geary; and many great aunts and uncles and numerous other relatives
and friends.
  Services for Andrew were held in Geary at the First United Methodist
Church, Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. with Revs. Rob and Trish
Harris officiating. Burial was at Mount Pleasant Cemetary, Greenfield,
OK under the direction of the Turner Funeral Home, Geary, OK.
