ANNIE LORICK
    Batesburg -- Services for Annie V. Lorick, 90, of 156 West Creek Road,
will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 27, 2003 at Concord Baptist
Church with burial in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.  The Rev. Elton
Dunbar will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior
to services at the church and other times at home.  Pallbearers will be
George William and Nelson Padgett, Lorick and Thurman Lake, Omega and
Clark Matthews.  Milton Shealy Funeral Home is in charge.  Memorials may
be made to Concord Baptist Church, 860 N. Lee St., Leesville, SC 29070
    Mrs. Lorick died Tuesday, February 25, 2003.  Born in Saluda County,
she was a daughter of the late Andrew Pickens and Sudie Matthews Lake.
She was married to the late John Elliott Lorick.  She was a life member
of Concord Baptist Church and a member of the WMU.
    Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Jim Rauton of
Batesburg; sons, Carl Wendell Lorick of Batesburg, Raymond Elliott
Loric of Greenwood; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Rebecca Lorick;
great-grandchildren, Andrew Lorick, Anna Smith; stepgrandchildren,
Brian and Greg Rauton, Amy Deloache; five stepgreat-grandchildren.
