STEVENS, Beatrice Ena (nee Lake) - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May
24, 2005 at her home Princess Gardens in Peterborough, in her 100th year.
Formerly of Toronto, and Fortune, Nfld. Beatrice, loving wife for over
59 years of the late Thomas Herbert Stevens. Special friend at Princess
Gardens of the late Harold Lang. Loving mother of Robert Blake Stevens
(wife Susan), Thomas Clyde Stevens (wife Gail) and Brenda Jane van
Lier (husband Winston).  Beatrice will be remembered with great love
and will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Robert Stevens (Corrina),
Carolyn Louise Stevens, Jennifer Dipper (Doug), Alana Mantler (Dave),
Laurie Hayley (Matthew), Karin van Lier & fiance  Phil Bennett and
Elizabeth Stevens. Great-grandmother to Elijah, Alexis, Kayley and
Connor. Predeceased by parents Arthur Wesley & Mary Ellen Lake & brother
Basil Lake, & sisters Mabel Cantelon, Ethel & Blanche Lake, Betty Crawford
and Gladys Paul. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 28th
at 1:30 pm at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge
Street. Visitation and Reception following the service. The Reverend Stan
Madigan will be officiating. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the
