Bernice Milton, born May 8, 1923 in Columbia S.C., died, Sunday,
February 17,2008. She was preceded in death by her husband Gregory. She
started and maintained her own maid service business for 37 years until
she retired. She also worked at the Ohio State Fair. Also preceding
her in death are her mother Georgianna Lake Hargro, father Shumpert
Lake, Sr., 3 brothers and 5 sisters. She is survived by 5 children,
Di-Ann Smoot Woods, Jerri Celestine Milton, Rebecca Milton, Gregory
Milton, Jr. and Annette Milton; brother, George (Lucinda) Lake;
sister, Dorothy Bikawa; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3
great-great-grandchildren. Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of
Jehovah's Witnesses, 2500 McCutcheon Rd. Columbus, Ohio on Sat., Feb.  23,
2008. Visitation and viewing from 2-3 p.m. Memorial service from 3-3:30
p.m.. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Services entrusted to J.  MARTIN SMITH
