Bertha "Bert" May (Anderson) Lake, 75, of Great Falls, died of cancer,
Sunday, Jan. 20, at a local hospital.

Her funeral service is 1 p.m. Friday at Westside Methodist Church. Burial
will follow at Manchester Cemetery. Croxford Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.

Bert was born Nov. 20, 1937, to Ora James and Ora Francis Anderson of Fort
Shaw. She met and married her loving husband of 58 years, Floyd G. Lake,
at the Westside Methodist Church. They were blessed with two sons.

Bert is survived by her husband, Floyd; sons Alan (Cindy) Lake of Belt
and Greg (Janet) Lake of Kalispell; sisters Ora "Fay" Jackson of Sun
Prairie and Janet Janssen of Sequim, Wash.; her brother, Dick (Diana)
Anderson of Great Falls; grandchildren Andrew (Jessica) Lake of Missoula,
Cassie (Ben) Gladwin of Missoula, Beau (Erica) Wootan of Monarch, Colton
(Savannah) Wootan of Armington, Brittany Lake of Great Falls, Hayden
Hansen of Kalispell, Austin Hansen of Kalispell and Ashley Hadley of
Kalispell; great-grandchildren Bryna, Aspyn, Jordan and Miles; as well
as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces
and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Dale "Roger"
Anderson.
