SHORTS: Bertha Shorts, 54 Main St. Marmora died June 11. Bertha Shorts
was the wife of the late Herb Shorts, mother of Ross and grandson
Fred Shorts.  She was 74, born in Bancroft, daughter of the late
Wesley Lake and Cathaleen Cassibo. Survived by sisters Reta Dayton,
Marie Empey & Shirley Gorbett, brother Ross Lake & Edward Lake & Herb
Lake. Funeral, McConnell Funeral Home, June 14, Marmora. Interment
Henderson Cemetery. Pallbearers were Raymond & Charles Dayton, Arnold
Shorts, Mike Shorts, Steve & Kevin Hutching.
