Lake, 87, of 125 Coastal Drive, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2006 at The Oaks Nursing Home, Marshallville. Memorial services will be held at 4P.M. Thursday at the Byron United Methodist Church. Revs. Tom Nichols and Sam Lamback will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Byron United Methodist Church Needy Fund, P. O. Box 6, Byron, GA 31008. -Mrs. Lake, a native of Palmyra, NJ, was the daughter of the late John and T. Harriet MacCready Armshire and the widow of John Lake. She was a long time resident of Scottsdale, AZ, but resided in Byron for the past 15 years. She was a faithful attendee of the Byron United Methodist Church, a member of the Warner Robins Senior Citizens and was a former Pink Lady at Houston Medical Center. -Survivors include her devoted former daughter-in-law, Geri Harker of Byron, her son Glen Harker of Murphy, NC. Grandson: Greg Harker of Byron. And the love of her life, her two great-grandsons Joseph and Nicholas Harker of Bonaire. -Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory.
