Lake, Betty J. (Hall), 80, retired Sears employee, died Tuesday, May 11,
2004. Visitation with family 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Cochran Mortuary;
graveside service 11 a.m. Friday, White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Preceded
in death by her husband, Vencill Lake Sr. Survivors: sons, Vencill Lake
Jr. and Jimmy Lake both of Wichita; daughters, Priscilla "Pixie" Black
of Winfield and Patricia Smith of Wichita; grandchildren, Jeffrey Lake,
Shellee Lewis, Stacee Siegrist, Bradley Smith, Ryan Smith, Shana Murphy,
Travis Lake, Andrea Boone and Krystle Lake; 15 great-grandchildren. A
memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 3241 Victor,

WICHITA - Betty J. (Hall) Lake, 80, of Wichita, retired Sears employee,
died May 11, 2004.

Services were 11 a.m. May 14 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

A memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 3241 Victor,
Wichita, KS 67208.

Hall was preceded in death by her husband, Vencill Lake Sr.  Survivors
