BETTY JO LAKE

Betty Jo Lake of Austin, Texas, passed away August 10, 1999.  Betty was
born March 4, 1925, in Buda, Texas.  She attended Buda High School and
San Marcos Baptist Acedamy.

Betty lived her life devoted to her loved ones.  She was a devoted mother,
grandmother, and wife.  Her gentle spirit and encouraging words will be
sorely missed.  The family extends special thanks to the staff at Gracy Woods 
II Nursing Home for all their special care.

Betty is preceded in death by her father, Joe R. Brown.  She is survived by
her mother, Constance Scott; her husband Clyde; two sons, Bill von Rosenberg 
and his wife,Susan, Roger von Rosenburg and his wife,Robin;
and her grandchildren, Lesley, Lauren, Will, and Ross.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 13, 1999 at
Bethany United Methodist Church.   Arrangements under the direction of
All Faith's Funeral Home.
