August 16, 1940 - November 4, 2014 Betty Ruth Lake was born in Troup, Texas
on August 16, 1940.  She entered her eternal resting place on November 4,
2014.  She lived in Jamestown for 18 years and worked at Sunberg Meats.
She also worked at Tri Valley for 30 years, and later moved to Modesto.
She loved and cared for her family and enjoyed gold panning, bowling,
gardening and going to the casinos.  We will miss everything about Betty from
her feistiness, warm caring heart, to her one of a kind sense of humor. Betty
was predeceased by her husband Robert Lake.  She is survived by her daughters
Angie Huckabee (Mike), and Lisa Lake both of Modesto.  She is also survived
by three grandchildren Lisa Biggins (Zachery), Christopher Huckabee (Annie),
and Kaylen Benivados (Hugo), and three great grandchildren, Brandon, Niko
and Bella. We will treasure your memory forever and we will love and miss
you always.  The family is planning a private memorial service on Saturday,
November 15th at 2pm.
