Beverly L. Lake, 63, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital.  No
funeral is planned.
Twickenham Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle Forstrom of Huntsville and
Samantha A. McCabe of Arcata, Calif.; one sister, Sandra Gorman of Gretna,
La.; and two grandchildren.
