Published in the Orlando Sentinel on 12/2/2004. Orlando, FL LAKE, BONNIE M., March 4, 1942 - November 25, 2004 My name is Samantha and I would like to tell you a life story about Bonnie M. Lake. She was a mother of four wonderful children: Priscilla, Jimmy, Albert and myself. For anyone who knew our mom, she would always leave a lasting impression. She had a great sense of humor that we will all carry on in her legacy. She was born in Queens, NY. She was the person to run to in time of need, always there for you no matter what. She lived life with MS but defeated it every day for the love of never letting her kids down. She taught us all that God would never give us something that we couldn't handle. She exercised that belief every day. The saddest word to say was goodbye but we all knew it was for the best. She died of natural causes but true to herself went out with a bang on Thanksgiving Day. Services will be held Friday, December 3rd beginning at 11AM at St. James Catholic Cathedral, 215 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando.
