Spring St., Chippewa Falls, died Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minn. He was born Dec. 13, 1942, in Pennsylvania, the son of Leo and Jean (Fredrickson) Lake. He is survived by: five daughters, Terry (Jack) Curwick of Brandon, Minn., Laurie (Kevin) Olson, Tamara Staves and Shawn (Paul) Moe, all of Chippewa Falls, Betty Kelm of New Auburn and their mother, Connie Rude of Hayward; five brothers, Donald of Dallas, Wis., Allan of Cameron, Jack of Rice Lake, Dale (Sandy) of Cumberland, and Tom of Eau Claire; five sisters, Betty Davis of Chippewa Falls, Beverly Weckler of Cumberland, Marylin (Roger) Hover of Ridgeland, Debra (Dave) Lokken of Barron and Cindy (Donald) Sprague of Bruce; and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his parents; three brothers, Jerry, Ronald and Robert Lake; and one sister, Pearl Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. Pastor Stan Shackleton will be officiating.
