Caroline J. Lake

     WAREHAM -- Caroline J. Lake, 29, of Beach Road died Sunday, April
11, 1999, at Tobey Hospital after a long illness. She was the daughter
of Alice (Hathaway) Lake of Wareham and the late Donald E. Lake.
     Born in Wareham, Miss Lake was a graduate of Upper Cape Cod
Regional Vocational-Technical School in Bourne. She worked was a
nurse's aide at Cape Heritage Nursing Home in Sandwich.
     Survivors include her mother; a daughter, Pauline Lake of
Wareham; two brothers, her twin, Donald E. Lake Jr., and James H.
Lake, both of Wareham; a sister, Brenda Burns of Middleboro; a dear
friend, Barry Smith of Plymouth; and aunts and uncles.
     Arrangements are by the Stott, Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral
Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Route 28).
     Burial will be in Center Cemetery.

Mother of Pauline Lake, daughter of Alice (Hathaway) Lake and the Late
Donald E. Lake. Sister of Donald E. Lake Jr. her twin and James H.
Lake, all of Wareham and Brenda Burns of Middleboro and a dear friend
Barry Smith of Plymouth. A funeral service will be held at the STOTT,
CHAPMAN, COLE & GLEASON FUNERAL HOME, 2599 Cranberry Hwy (RT28)
Wareham on Wednesday at 12:00 PM relatives and friends are invited.
Visiting will be Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers
a donation to the family would greatly appreciated to 171 Hathaway Rd.
