LAKE, CATHERINE B. (WIKE), 94, formerly of 2220 Warwick Ave, died
Saturday, August 23, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Home. She was the wife of
the late Franklin H. Lake for 64 years and a daughter of the late Harold
B. and Angela A. (McCusker) Wike.

She was a member of the Meadowbrook Terrace Assoc. Mrs. Lake was
the beloved mother of Barbara A. Peterson and her husband Richard of
Holderness, NH and Warwick, grandmother of Karen Flint and her husband
John of Narragansett, David Peterson and his wife Rachael of Medway,
MA and the great-grandmother of four.  She was the sister of the late
John W. Wike and Angela M. Hooper.

Her funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 AM in the Thomas &
Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial will be in
Pawtuxet Memorial Park.  Visitation Tuesday 10-11 AM. In lieu of
flowers, contributions to St. Elizabeth Home, One St. Elizabeth Way,
East Greenwich, RI 02818 will be appreciated.
