LAVERNE, Okla. - Charles "Tom" Judson Lake, 92, died May 1, 2010, at
his home in Laverne, Okla.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Assembly of God Church, Laverne,
Okla. Burial will be in Willard Cemetery, northeast of Laverne, Okla.
Memorials may be sent to Willard Cemetery in care of Myatt Funeral Home,
Laverne, Okla.
